Vigilus Home Support, Inc. – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Vigilus Home Support, Inc. (“Vigilus,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including communications via phone, email, and SMS.
By engaging our services or communicating with us, you agree to these Terms.

Vigilus provides property management and home support services, including but not limited to:
• Property oversight and walkthroughs
• Maintenance coordination
• Vendor scheduling and management
• Emergency response and support
2. Communications & Consent
By providing your contact information, including your phone number, you consent to receive communications from Vigilus related to your property and services.
These communications may include:
• Scheduling updates
• Service notifications
• Vendor coordination
• Responses to inquiries
3. SMS Terms of Service
By opting in to SMS communications from Vigilus:
• You agree to receive conversational and service-related text messages
• Message frequency varies
• Message and data rates may apply
You may opt out at any time by replying:
STOP or HELP
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide accurate and current contact information
• Notify us of any changes to your contact details
• Ensure that authorized access is available for scheduled services
5. Vendor Coordination
Vigilus may coordinate with third-party vendors on your behalf. While we work with trusted professionals, Vigilus is not responsible for the independent actions, workmanship, or performance of third-party vendors.
6. Fees and Payment
Fees for services will be outlined in your service agreement or proposal. Additional work outside the scope of standard services may be billed at agreed-upon rates.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vigilus shall not be liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Delays or failures caused by third-party vendors
• Events outside of our reasonable control
8. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share your personal information for marketing purposes.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services in accordance with the applicable service agreement. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.
